OptionWeb Review

Binary Dragon’s OptionWeb Review

The Binary Dragon is happy to present OptionWeb to all my users and readers. As a company striving to bring transparency and fairness to the binary options market, the fact that OptionWeb has created an easy to use, regulated and innovative trading environment was an immediate reason to feature it on my website. OptionWeb review showed me that this broker has great features for newcomers and specialists. Read more in my full OptionWeb review.

Special Features

One of the main features of OptionWeb is the fact that it is regulated. OptionWeb ReviewWhile not every regulated broker is necessarily a good service provider, OptionWeb review uncovered nice features that complete the safety and fairness check that comes with a CySec license. The constant supervision is a guarantee for all users who still fear internet trading being unsafe. All traders’ funds are kept on separate accounts only accessible to the trader.

There are several account types with different features that are offered:

OptionWeb Starter account ($200 – $1000):

  • 70% – 83% returns.
  • Up to $50 offered trade.
  • More than 80 assets.

OptionWeb Standard account ($1000 – $3000):

  • 70% – 83% returns.
  • Up to $100 offered trade.
  • 120+ assets.
  • OptionWeb review of the market.
  • Economic indicators.
  • Coaching and basic training.
  • Access to a demo account.

OptionWeb Silver account ($3000 – $10,000):

  • 70% – 83% returns.
  • Up to $300 offered trade.
  • 180+ assets.
  • OptionWeb review of the market.
  • Signals and economic indicators.
  • Level 2 training & coaching.
  • Faster withdrawal processing (48h), no fees.
  • Demo account.
  • Trading account monthly interest of 3.5%

OptionWeb Gold account ($10,000 – $50,000):

  • Access to VIP area.
  • 75% – 88% returns.
  • Up to $500 offered trade.
  • Assets on demand.
  • OptionWeb review of the market.
  • Signals and economic indicators.
  • 5.2% interest.
  • Advanced coaching and training.
  • Demo account.
  • Higher profits.

OptionWeb Platinum account ($50,000 – $150,000):

  • Additional assets with 90% payout.
  • Offered trade up to $2500.
  • Assets on demand.
  • Personalized portfolio reviews.
  • OptionWeb review of the market.
  • Signals and indicators.
  • 5.5% interest.
  • Unlimited training and coaching.
  • 24h withdrawals, no fees.
  • Demo account.
  • Direct contact to senior analyst and an iPad.

The account options are loaded with features which cover everything from education to better payouts. Interest on trading funds is an interesting feature and I think it is a very innovative move unique to this broker.

The webpage is loaded with nicely organized information, but there were smaller quirks like when clicking “withdrawal” in the banking page, sign up page would open. I found weird that terms of use were in the Banking tab.

The bonus policy is not so transparent, and bonuses are awarded at request I noted when researching for this OptionWeb review.

Trading Software and AssetsOptionWeb Review

The OptionWeb binary trading platform is light weight, not requiring much computer resources. Plug in for the browser worked well and I used Safari. OptionWeb recommends Chrome or Firefox, so users can use those browsers to be sure everything works as promised. I used chrome for the OptionWeb review. There is also a mobile application downloadable from the major app stores which lets user trade on the go.

The OptionWeb trading platform includes;

  • High/Low option.
  • The long term.
  • Quick trading.

Pairs are also available and this is great since it is my favorite binary option type. All price ticks are real-time, delivered by the Thomson Reuters data stream services. Knowing that there are unreliable second grade trading systems out there, I found this to be assuring and it made the platform as professional as it gets.
The asset index listed on the website included 20 stocks, 12 currency pairs, 7 commodities and 19 indices. Since some of the accounts list 80+ and more assets I was curious about these numbers. The Pair option creates additional asset possibilities. Good thing is also that better accounts offer customizable asset lists.
The website also includes a graphical tool for technical analysis, which I found very useful in my OptionWeb review.

Support and ServicesOptionWeb Review

OptionWeb Support is available through standard channels 24/5. OptionWeb review showed there are phone numbers for Italy, France, UK and Cyprus. Users can also contact OptionWeb via e-mail or the live chat. The support staff will mostly be contacted if the personal account manager isn’t available.
I was really happy during the OptionWeb review when I saw the Skype contact as an option, but it turned out that there is no link or information on how to add OptionWeb as a Skype contact. I guess it is a feature that still isn’t offered.
I generally go over all features when writing OptionWeb review to assure our members the best possible knowledge about each broker.

Banking and Company

Banking with OptionWeb is very efficient. The segregatedOptionWeb Review accounts scheme offers excellent security in addition to the SSL encryption for all the transfers. The web interface is easy and intuitive, during the OptionWeb review I didn’t have any difficulties depositing or withdrawing.

Users can deposit by using credit cards, online wallets (Skrill/Moneybookers) and the bank wire. Deposits will be immediately shown on the trading account if net-wallets or credit cards are used. Deposits do not carry any charges during OptionWeb review, so this payment is free. With bank wire there may be additional charges as well as charges when withdrawing smaller amounts. Users using Skrill/Moneybookers will get a second refunded trade if lost. Bank wire can take up to 5 days for the funds to show up on the trading account. For OptionWeb review I used Skrill.

Withdrawals at OptionWeb review were easy as well. Users with basic accounts will have to wait a bit longer, from 3-5 days for processing. Other, better equipped account types include 48h or even 24h withdrawal processing. After processing, any further delays are due to third parties. This can last longer, especially with bank wire. Up to deposit amount is always withdrawn the same way the funds were deposited, while bonuses and profits are withdrawn via bank wire.

The fees are $25 per withdrawal if the amount is smaller than $100. Users can also deposit in EUR. All funds will be converted to the trading currency of choosing (EUR or USD) while being processed. Wire offers unlimited deposit amount, while credit card cap is set at $5000.

The company running this broker is Lionsman Capital Ltd (Ex Arturiana Holdings Ltd) and it is registered with CySec under No.175/12.
